The total cost for your session is calculated like this:
$Total hours at the shoot + $8 per edited image + add-on costs (prints, wall art, or other products).

When you book a session, I ask for a retainer—a non-refundable portion of your total cost. This officially holds your time on my calendar and helps me prepare for your shoot. Once it’s paid, I begin preparing for your shoot, including planning your session details, scouting locations, and setting aside time for editing afterward. It also means I turn away other inquiries for that date, which is why it's non-refundable if you cancel last-minute.

The retainer is applied toward your final payment—so it’s not an extra charge, just a way to confirm we're all set to go!

Once we’ve finalized your session details, you can head to the Shop → Payment for Services page to complete your payment.
Full payment is due by the day before your session, and no shoot will begin unless payment is received.

If you’re booking a customized package or hourly session, I’ll send you a personalized invoice!

Final edited images are typically delivered within 2–3 weeks. I’ll always keep you updated along the way!
